LGBTQIA+ Survey

Last spring, GFC asked members of the LGBTQIA+ community what was missing in the Greater Falls area, with most respondents from Rockingham and Springfield. The nearly 40 people who filled out the survey listed the categories found in the image below for missing resources.

This survey is for members of the LGBTQIA+ community in the Greater Rockingham area (including Bellows Falls, Rockingham, Saxton River, Athens, Westminster, and Grafton) and Springfield. This anonymous survey is open to all people and ages who identify as LGBTQIA+ through Jan. 15, 2024.

This survey will address what LGBTQIA+ community members are specifically looking for within these topics. The demographic questions are the only required questions. For all other questions, check as many as you would like. Answers are anonymous. Please do not provide any identifying information. Parents of youth under 13 years old who are LGBTQIA+ should assist their child in filling out the survey.

LGBTQIA+ Taskforce

We are creating a LGBTQIA+ taskforce that will involve youth, young adults and adults from around the Greater Falls area to help plan, organize, and run the events as well as assist with other work, such as identifying safe businesses, updating the website, or organizing the clothing closet. If you are interested in joining the group, please email gingerd.gfc@gmail.com  with your name and contact information (email and/or phone number). When we have at least five people interested in joining the taskforce, we will begin meeting.
